JX200BThe transmitter host is equipped with a standardSType Pitot Tube can measure the flow rate and velocity of high-temperature flue gas.

  

2、 Functional Features

1Stainless steel pitot tube temperature resistant (850 ℃), standard transmitter host: 4-digit LCD display, zero position adjustable on site, full degree adjustable on site.

2Good stability, with long-term stability of up to 1% FS/year at full and zero positions. The host has a temperature drift of less than 1% FS within the compensation temperature range of 0-70 ℃, and less than 1% FS within the entire allowable operating temperature range.

3Equipped with reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits, the transmitter will not be damaged if the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation. In case of abnormalities, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35mA.

4Solid state structure, no movable parts, high reliability, long service life.

☆☆Pitot tube structure:The L-shaped standard pitot tube is made up of two concentric tubes with different inner diameters. The straight end tail joint of the inner tube is a full pressure tube, and the side joint of the outer tube is a static pressure tube The S-shaped pitot tube is welded with two pipes of the same diameter, with the full pressure end facing the airflow and the static pressure end facing away from the airflow. The coefficient number and static pressure joint marking number are marked at the joint, and cannot be connected incorrectly during use The side pointing rod is in the same direction as the measuring head, and the direction can be determined during use to ensure that the measuring head is aligned with the incoming flow direction.
